How I made VNPS WT PROMO

 INTRODUCTION 
For such a long time, I really want to try to write something but have not been fully motivated to do so. After reading a few articles by Drowsy and Lotus, I truly understand the point of sharing personal ideas/experiences because it also means a lot to someone.
Besides, practicing English is extremely important!!!

 ALRIGHT, NOW LET'S GO TO THE MAIN TOPIC

1.BACKGROUND

 To be frank, I've been constantly craving for making my own CV despite my lack of editing knowledge and devices - it means my laptop suck and cannot afford more than 2 effect layers. However, I think it's better than doing nothing so here comes the result ^^

While WT is coming in, making a promo of past competitors is such a nice idea, isn't it? Sadly that I couldn't get permission from KenMai and TBG. Thus, they're not included in the video this time. 

2. EDITING PROCESS

After finishing contacting everyone for permission, I started to edit right away.
With the purpose of honoring past spinners, I immediately remembered Fall Out Boys - Centuries bringing glorious and nostalgic vibe as my original intention
Then I found these two:

Knowing that neither 1 nor 2 alone can fit the promo well, I decided to combine them into one. Nevertheless, my editing skill cannot handle the work properly so there are some mistakes that were easily found at 0:43 and 0:53. The rest sounds fine to me tho.

If you watch it carefully, most of the clips are linked together by tack-on (?) which makes the whole project go smoothly and it's not hard to find the best part of every combo. Provided by some simple zoom in/out effect, the song really syncs well with the transitions. 

There are 2 cut videos, mine and ChauTran. I cut mine because the middle part was suck and didn't fit with the rhythm. On the other hand, ChauTran's clip was too long that I'm afraid the music might end before his finisher. (YES, A SUPER TYPICAL 2009 COMBO THAT ALWAYS LASTS LONGER THAN 20 SECONDS)

So why did I choose him to be the last player? Probably because his finisher was truly outstanding, plus, to honor the greatest and legendary spinner in VNPS history.

Although there were indeed some big mistakes I've made, I'm still happy with the final result, just such a pity when it doesn't get much attention as I thought it should.
